The comprehensive history of Tiverton Town Football Club

Nathan Rudge was a perfect example of how a player can polarise opinion. Early in his 299-game Tiverton career he was considered reckless and often a liability to the team, but in later years he matured into one of the most commanding centre-backs in the Southern League. As team captain he often led from the back and scored a number of goals in big games, notably against Bishop's Stortford and Kettering Town in the FA Trophy run of 2008/09. He was signed from and later returned to Chippenham Town. |
